When I say partake, I mean, consume. I tried to research about the consequences individuals have when they are caught buying illegal immigrants for sex but I could not find any information on how long they have to stay in jail or what prison consequences they face.
I found a lot of information on the sex traffickers themselves but not on people who buy sexual favours illegally.

Their trying to pass a Senate Bill 6476. The bill would significantly increase the sentencing range to between 93 and 318 months for customers found guilty of commercial sex abuse of a minor or immigrant (Currently, the range is 21 to 144 months.) Not long enough. Usually less than two years for traffickers. The 'johns', not much at all.
