How can I block Anonymouse.org?

A troll has been harassing me for more than a year and posting harassing comments on my blog. It boggles my mind why he does this since I haven't fed him anything in return, but still he continues to stalk my online activity and attack me every chance he gets. His favorite means of attacking me without exposing himself is to email me and surf my website through http://AnonyMouse.org/ - is there a way I can block traffic from that domain? I think there must be a way to block traffic from AnonyMouse, but I don't know how to do it. Any suggestions? How can I block Anonymouse.org?
You might have better luck if you filed a complaint with whoever hosts your blog site. See if they will get involved and help you resolve this. You are their customer after all.How can I block Anonymouse.org?
Ignore the guy saying to block his IP.. he's clueless.

To be honest there is not much you can do, even if you blocked the Anonymouse domain, he could use any other anonymous proxy (and there are hundreds).

All you can do.. is make sure only registered users can post comments to your blog and make sure that an email address can only be tied to one username. Then ban that username each time he flames your blog.

There is still nothing stopping him from creating a new username with a disposable email address.. but adding that layer of annoyance.. might encourage him to give up if he has to jump through those hoops everytime he wants to post under a new non-banned name, especially if you dont reply to him anyways.

This is the link to the anonymouse abuse report page... probably not much point but here it is anyway.

locate "hosts" at c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc

open "hosts" using notepad then add this at the end of the file

127.0.0.1 www.anonymouse.org

then save it without any extension, remember you are using notepad, it will not work if you save it as a "txt" file.

that domain will be blocked on your computer.
you need to block his ip
