How soon is too soon to have sex in a relationship?

I just started dating my boyfriend, and I am fine with kissing, but how soon is too soon to have oral sex or full blown (vaginal) sex? I don't want to have sex too soon and make him think I'm easy or a ho, but I don't want to wait a super long time either, is 1 month too soon?

This doesn't really answer your question but I'll throw it out there anyway... I dated a girl for 6 months and there was no sex - my choice not hers, just because our relationship just didn't feel right (I know most guys will not believe that). I have also had sex on the very first date - we talked about a lot of personal stuff and I really felt that I knew her and everything just felt right. That was almost a year ago now, we are still together and I am head-over-heels for her.



I might as well take a stab at answering your question though... if you are 20 or older, I don't think a month is too soon. Younger than that, several months is not unreasonable.
