Air flow sensor, Cold start injectors, injectors, fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, EGR valve, the other item that the egr is connected to, fuel filter, hoses, %26amp; i have it running free air for the time being.
The car boggles bad when driving, basically no power. the timing on the car should be stable @ 10* B.T.D.C., but its stable @ 35* B.T.D.C. I tried to adjust the to adjust the screw to adjust the idle, but when open up, the idle doesnt change, but you do hear more sucking from the car, and when you lower the adjusting screw, the car boggles more. Black smoke calm down, but when you rev it up, it shoots out black smoke because of it burning rich. I'm running out of options here. my brother had been asking online for me and i've been trying everyones opinion. but still nothing. I'm located in Fresno, Cali if anyone believes they know what the problem might be and wishes to help if they too are local, but any one can please let me know what more to look for, so that i can ge this problem fixed right away. You must also check the coolant temperature sensor, and the throttle position sensor for froper operation.
Also install an inline fuel pressure guage to check for fuel leak down, even though the injectors are new.
It sounds to me ( only a guess ) that the cold start injector is still allowing fuel when engine warm. To check this unplug it.Datsun 1979 280ZX Choking for air
Change the whole intake system. start off small by changing the air filter then change the fan at the front. if that doesn't work u need to change the whole intake system. an easy test 4 it is turn the A/C on full blast when the car is on (no A/C? Use the heater) if the car turns off it needs a new intake. then after u try that test do it again but while driving and make sure ur on the side of the rode or u'll have cops on ur tail =P. ok good- luck hope it's not to expensive but it probably will be =(
