grow up a bit your a kid yourself by the sounds of the way you ask this a kid having a kid GREAT
hi there.

Well the only bits of advice i can give you are. if at first you dont succeed try again and dont be to downhearted if it takes a while. Ovulation kits are a good way to know when is the best time to conceive, you can get these from the local supermarket or online at ebay. Other than that, just have lots of un-protected fun with your partner and good luck with tryin to conceiveSome info for a newbie! :D?
Hey, Im 22 and have been TTC for 5 months now. Dont listen to any body saying your too young. Who cares what they think. My Hubby and I are about to start taking these vitamins call Fertilaid, They have them for men and women. They help increase sperm count and motility. Also helps with the ovulation process.

Also Buy some good OPKs, I first tried them last month, I guess just that didnt work for me.

Here's some tips i was told when i first came on here.....

1- Have sex every 2/3 days to allow your partners sperm count to build up.

2- Missionary position

3- Take Folic Acid.

4 - Don't STRESS!!!

5 - try to eat more healthy

6 - Chart your ovulation, By taking your body temp at the same time every morning and when its at its highest should be when your ovulating and when you are ovulating you should get Raw egg white looking cervical mucus... must have sex when you have this!!!

Hi there,

Ok around day 12-14 of your cycle you should ovulate, but count from the first day of your last period (not the last), you will get a few signs like a thick clear discharge (a bit like egg whites) a pain in your side, feeling hotter than usual. You will prob have other symptoms unique to you, If you keep track of when these symptoms start you will build a better picture of your ovulation. Its best to have sperm there ready a couple of days before you produce an egg. Dont go sex mad! you dont need to be at it twice a day, every other day is fine as this gives sperm a chance to build up again. Dont save up sperm for ovulation as it dies and you need it fresh. Dont get too hung up on this though, Tell yourself now you are not going to get obsessed by the 'rules' and dont have sex just for a baby. Its important you still have a healthy and fun love life. We have tried for a long time and i have spoken to lots of women like me whos partners are fed up of being a performing seal!!!! Bear in mind its normal to take up to 2 years to conceive, take life as it comes and with luck it will happen soon for you.

Make sure you are taking folic acid, eating healthy and enjoying life. When baby becomes the focus you can become stressed which has a devastating effect on your eggs, its important to stay positive and stay in touch with life around you :-D

Good luck!! Feel free to E Mail me x
Try whattoexpect.com, babycenter.com, pregnancy-info.net or you can join twoweekwait.com, people on there are so nice and welcome everyone! I would advise taking Folic Acid if you are not already! Good luck.
Welcome!! = )

First off you need to keep track of how long your cycles are (if you aren't already) I would use an ovulation kit..you can buy them at the store for about $15 and use them between days 11-18 of your cycle....(Day 1 being the first day of your period) Most women ovulate between that time. Some ovulate a little earlier or a little later depending on how long her cycle is. They say to have sex every other day during this time so your partners sperm count dosn't decrease but if you know partner's sperm count is ok, every day is fine.

The most important thing is do not stress!! And trust me it can become very stressful. You may get pregnant on the first try or it could take several months or longer. I have been off of BC since August and I am just starting my 5th month trying. It can take some time. Stress can actually keep you from conceiving. Just enjoy your partner and have fun and it will happen! Good luck!!
I got told that taking folic acid while trying helps
Lots of baby dust to you!!!

My wife started charting when she was most fertile each month and we made sure to have sex during those days. That worked for us! We are pregnant with our first!

Good luck to you!
Dont listen to anyone thats says ur too young! Im 22 and pregnant- and some of my mates are younger %26amp; have had kids!!

When me %26amp; my fiance were trying-i came off the pill %26amp; we were at it all the time it seemed like we were trying to hard %26amp; nothing happened.

I fell pregnant when i wasn't really trying (well obviously we were having unprotected sex in the hope of becoming pregnant but we werent trying too hard).

Ovulation sticks are good. I got some in Boots %26amp; they were about 拢15 or so. You basically work out from your period (so i guess after a couple of month after coming off the pill, you'll know your cycle better) when you'll be fertile. You pee on it like a pregnacy test %26amp; it tells you if you are at your most fertile time or not.

Good luck!!
hey,

Me and my partner are in the same situation as you all though im slightly younger.

I found lots of web sites that were really helpful for me havent yet conceived but still very hopeful. There are also ovulations kits that are widely avalible at most supermarkets.

But remember as you have been on the pill your cycle will need to sort its self out properly so after a few months it should be back to normal.

Hope this has helped xx
