My computer has little or no connectivity?

yesterday my computer was connecting to the internet just fine. then i got home last night and it said it had little or no connectivity. so i went thru the windows repair thing. didn't work. so i triedgoingg to run and typing cmd, then ipconfig, then ipconfig/release, then ipconfig/renew. and it said that it could not contact my dhcp server. but the weird thing is that is a wired connection, and it doesn'tt work. but heres what boggles my mind... my ps3 is wired to the same modem/router and it works fine. my ipod touch get the signal just fine. the computer i am typing this on get the wireless signal just fine. i just want my wired computer to get back online, i even tried switching the ethernet cables between my ps3 and computer which like i said are both wired to the same router/modem. and still nothing. this is frustrating. My computer has little or no connectivity?
you got hacked or your computer ethernet pci is messed or your router/modem.My computer has little or no connectivity?
Are you using DHCP?

Go to the network connections and check the IP, if you are using dhcp you should configute it to obtain IP address automatically. If you are not using dhcp then configure the ip manually.

If id dose not solve the problem then check whether the Ethernet driver is working or not. Cause sometimes virus mess with drivers.

You may try restoring system to an earlier time often it helps such scenarios. My computer has little or no connectivity?
Since switching the cables kept your PS3 working, and your computer still didn't work, it's not a problem with that port on the router or that cable.

Since your computer says "Little or no connectivity" and "cannot contact DHCP server", it's properly set to use DHCP.

There's a problem with your computer. Either the ethernet port broke, or you have a virus or something else that's interfering with your networking.
